Why people’s first preference is Nokia In Pakistan


Nokia is engaged in the manufacturing of mobile devices and in converging Internet and communications industries, with over 132,000 employees in 120 countries. Nokia has a wide range of expensive and inexpensive mobile brands. People can easily afford these brands.  Although Nokia is also providing very much affordable range handsets but these handsets feature reliable and fabulous specifications as well.

The question is why people in Pakistan give first preference to Nokia Brand?

The answer could be very simple that the Majority of people in Pakistan preferred to purchase Nokia’s handsets because it is very much reliable brand. There are other lots of reasons of people’s Love to buy Nokia Brand such as due to its assured warranty, durability, sale after purchased assurance, etc.

The company is moving towards the right direction because it provides everything, which its customers want, particularly technologies and applications. Nokia produces mobile devices for every major market segment and protocol, including GSM, CDMA, and W-CDMA (UMTS). Nokia offers Internet services such as applications, games, music, maps, media and messaging through its Ovi platform.

On 11 February 2011, Nokia declared a partnership with Microsoft which will mean most future Nokia smartphones will be powered by the Windows Phone 7 operating system. The first Nokia mobile phone using the Microsoft Windows platform has been introduced in 2011, but delivery bulk will be initialized at 2012

Nokia’s Vice President of Sales, Middle East and Africa Alessandro Lamanna mentioned that the competition is bloody among the mobile phone makers but only those are successful players who will provide better experience to their users with smart applications and ecosystem. Nokia has recently launched Nokia N9 which is equipped with amazing features and style to provide the best experience to users.

Nokia does not consider itself as rival of smartphone makers but it has a niche consumer market for its branded customers.

Lamanna further mentioned that,

“Our target is not to be a rival of any company but to give a product to our customer to have good experience such as N9 which is innovative, stylish and sophisticated.”
